As a Graphics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the graphics production process, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent customer service.
This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the graphics production process, including digital printing and product design Utilize measurement gauges and quality control software to ensure accurate and high-quality graphics Schedule and prioritize graphics production tasks to meet deadlines Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of graphics Conduct quality inspections to identify and address any defects or issues Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and minimize waste Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in graphics production Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of measurement gauges and quality control software Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing, lifting, and bending Previous scheduling experience is highly desirable Knowledge of product design principles is a plus You should be proficient in:
