Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the RMWH Superviosor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all Raw Material Warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, distribution, inventory control, and transportation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supporting Weinbrenner's Core Values Takes personal ownership of materials receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Maintains accurate inventory levels and works to correct areas of concern and sources of error.
Assist in personnel decisions, train new employees in all functions of the job, and administer disciplinary actions as required.
Creates and maintains a positive work environment.
Actively engages with warehouse staff to make improvements to culture and morale.
Supervise all Raw Material Warehouse personnel to maintain high standards in all warehouse functions and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Able to perform all tasks required of other warehouse employees including #100954 Stockkeeper, #100955 All-Around, and #100956 RM Leadperson.
Fills in when necessary to prevent bottlenecks and keep processes flowing.
Manage daily operations to maximize performance related to department goals.
Makes recommendations to improve overall efficiency.
Have a working knowledge of department KPI's, assist RMWH staff with understanding these goals, and support manager with meeting these goals.
Support and mentor staff when implementing new procedures to address departmental improvement needs.
Maintain clean and orderly working conditions, ensuring the RMWH housekeeping plan is followed regularly, making recommendations for facilities improvements.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Ensures all employees follow WSC safety guidelines and requirements while in the warehouse area including PPE and all other OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Follow all safety regulations including mandatory use of protective eyewear and safety footwear as a minimum.
Completes tasks accurately and efficiently.
Coordinates and communicates day-to-day functions with supervisor.
Communicates unforeseen issues and concerns with supervisor.
Performs duties consistent with the company's goals and policies.
Remains focused on customer satisfaction in all aspects of his/her duties.
Contributes to department goals and objectives by being productive in day-to-day operations.
Acts in a manner that supports company values.

The warehouse area is brightly lit.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
